The accommodation is situated 200 metres from the railway station of S. Lucia, half of the Lista di Spagna.

This road is busy at any time of day or night, thanks to the many hotels in various categories. Thanks also to the many restaurants, pubs and nightclubs, is one area where even until late at night you can walk in peace, or simply take a coffee admiring the Grand Canal.

From Piazzale Roma or Tronchetto:

For those coming from the car at Piazzale Roma, or from Terminal Tronchetto, the shortest route to achieve our Housing, is to travel throughout the Fondamenta station following the route of the Grand Canal, as indicated on the map below.
Alternatively, you can use the public service (6.00 euros per person) directly dall'imbarcadero Tronchetto (line 82) or from Piazzale Roma (lines 1, 82, 42), falling to stop Railway Station (the second for those coming from Tronchetto, the first for those coming from Piazzale Roma).

From San Marco - Rialto

For those coming from the city centre, meet our Accommodation is quite simple, because the Lista di Spagna, where we are, is the longest road and visited Venice: the Strada Nuova. This route starts from the Ponte delle Guglie, which is at the end of Lista di Spagna, and up to field the Holy Apostles, a stone's throw from Rialto.
